Tayiba institute is managed by a board of dedicated and professional people who have lived in Australia for several years, making their living and who now serve the Islamic community to build a strong future for our Muslim Ummah.
The Board meets regularly to discuss important issues and make decisions to ensure the future success of Tayiba institute. Financial records are well-maintained and audited every year by an independent accountant.

Teachers:

Shaykh Muhammad Abdul Wahid was born in Pakistan, and he moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1997. His initial Islamic studies were done by his father, also a great and well known scholar of the Hadith, Fiqah and Tasawwuf. He memorize the Qur'an, from the famous Institute Jamia Naqshbandia Rizvia, Pakpattan, Pakistan (founded by his father in 1957), which he completed at the age of 11. His traditional studies were done at Jamia Naqshbandia Rizvia,Pakistan, where he completed his 'Aalim course and got ijazah to teach it. After completing traditional Islamic studies he went to Zakriya University, Multan, Pakistan and completed his BA in Islamic studies. He also completed his post graduate studies in Information Technology from Central Queensland University, Australia. He has also received the ijazah from his Shaykh of Tasawwuf to teach it. In 1999 he founded Tayiba Institute which is dedicated to the revival of traditional study methods and the sciences of Islam. He has also written several booklets, articles. He is also looking after his father welfare and charity projects in Pakistan (several traditional educational and health projects including one 70 beds, Rahma Tal Lil Alameen Eye hospital). He has been delivering lectures on Islamic topics in various countries. Currently, he is serving as the Director (khadim) and a teacher (Ustaz) of Tayiba Institute

Shaykh Riaz Ahmad Tahir is from Pakistan, a country known for producing some of the Muslim world's most knowledgeable scholars. He studied for over 12 years in Pakistan, at various traditional universities from numerous accomplished scholars including Mufti Muhammad Khan Qadri, Dr Tahir ul Qadari, Shaykh Miraj ul Islam, Shaykh Mushtaq Ahamd chisti, Shaykh Arshad Saeed kazmi, Dr Qutub (Egypt) and Dr Eisa Mesahano (Sudan). He studied the six books of Hadith (Dora Hadith) from a famous Islamic institute (Jamia Anwarul-Aloom, Multan Pakistan). After completing traditional Islamic studies he went to Islamabad International Islamic University and took his four years honour degree in Usuluddin. He has also done MA in Arabic and MA in Islamic studies from Zakariya University Multan. In 2003, he moved to Melbourne, Australia where he now serves as a professor and scholar-in-residence at the Tayiba Institute.

Br. Riaz Asvat received his BA (Hons.) from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Arabic and Islamic Studies. He is currently doing his MA also at the University of Melbourne. He derives his Aqida from Imam al-Ashari, his Fiqh from Imam Malik and his Tasawwuf from Imam Junayd, may Allah be pleased with them all. He belongs to the Shadhiliyya tariqa.
