All praise is due to Allah (subhanhu wa ta’ala) the Creator and Sustainers of the universe, and blessing upon His last beloved prophet, Muhammad (sallalahu alayhi wa salam). May Allah (s.w.t.) raise the status of our beloved prophet and his companions and protect his Ummah (nation) from that which he fears for it.

It can not be denied that the protection and advancement of the Muslim Ummah co-relates with the practice of the Deen “ISLAM”. A glance at the Muslim Ummah of today shows how far the Ummah has drifted from the original teachings of Islam. 

Islamic education is not about learning Islam, but is a unique system of education, in which students acquire knowledge in various disciplines (Arts, Science, Mathematics and Human Psychology). We believe that Islam offers a cohesive understanding of the world and provides solution in every walk-of-life. Ignorance is the greatest weapon of the dark forces working in the world and we believe that the true knowledge is a light (Noor), the only weapon to dispel that darkness.

It is our struggle to eliminate economic injustice, racism, the oppression of the weaker and manipulation of natural order. We believe these human illnesses can only be treated through healing the hearts of humanity with spiritual truths of the impermanence of the world and the need to understand our purpose while we are here and act accordingly. This can only be done with sound and true knowledge. It is our goal to acquire and spread that knowledge and wisdom in the world.

In our present condition, there is a great need for a reputable Islamic institute in Australia. A progressive institute which realises that student not only want to learn Islam, but also study for their future livelihood at the same time. This vision was only possible by the creation of such an Islamic institute where the students gain Islamic knowledge as well as the vocational education that will lead them to a balanced future. 

Tyiba institute is a full-time institute and was founded in 1999 by Shaykh Muhammad Abdul Wahid with the sole aim of reviving the traditional system of Islamic education and produce good human beings that are educated both in Islam and have skills and knowledge in a field that will equip them to become the bright torch-bearers of the future Muslim Ummah. Tayiba institute was directed by Naqshbandia Rizvia University, Pakistan The Jaamia Naqshbandia Rizvia (Pakpattan, Pakistan) was founded in 1957, by his eminence, Shaikh Al Hadith Sahibzada Abu Tahir Muhammad Naqshband (R.A). The foundation was laid down by a great scholar of Islam Muhadis Azam, Pakistan Hazrat Maulana Sardar Muhammad (R.A.).

Our beloved Prophet (s.a.w.) propagated the final message of Allah (s.w.t.) to mankind and developed his unassuming companions into the most vibrant Ummah that changed and civilized the whole of humanity. The Tayiba institute seeks to recreate the same spiritual ambience in its students by imparting the knowledge of Islam and to develop them to be the torch bearers of the Ummah.
